After the excitement of the first few days of the season the level of activity has noticeably slowed on the river with anglers reporting relatively few fish seen or hooked although there were 2 fish lost today (24.3.15). The water remains cold and is now gin clear although at a good height . The next flood and tides should bring more fish in.
