A 3 foot flood has provided a very welcome lift to and flush out of the river with reports of fresh fish moving upstream from Enniscorthy where they have been held back by the low water. The Boro has had a big run of seatrout and anglers are reminded of the 2 fish bag limit for sea trout. IFI officers are very actively monitoring the position and enforcing the regulations.
