3rd big flood helps clear river for the 17th

In the last 4 weeks 3 big floods in succession have helped clean the river in advance of the opening day on 17 March. The SRT guage disapeared from view as the water rose – Brian Harvey’s pictures of the river over its banks at Clohamon and lower down stream on the 25th of January gives an idea of the scale of the flood.
